The goldfish pond/water garden that my son and I started in 2000 has finally become the landscape feature I have always dreamed of. It took the first five years to complete the pond itself and the next six to finish the rock work and landscaping in the surrounding area. It was worth all the hard work and waiting to me; not sure about my son... :)

Such a gorgeous Spring post, Suzula! You and Rich are a great team when it comes to ponds and landscapes :) Just loved all the photos! What will you build next? LOL
ReplyDeleteHi Sue! It's Alex Jr - stumbled onto your site through Joanne's site which she had listed on her FB page. Pond looks AWESOME - we did a small flower garden and landscape wall and love it but it is nothing to this level - and never will be because I'd rather go golf, you know?! Stupid addicting game...
ReplyDeleteAnyway, tell everyone I said hi - been a long time! And congrats on Rich's upcoming marriage! Hope all is well. Anyone can reach out anytime to me on Facebook or email at beachbuzzard at yahoo. A.
Great pond! Here's to finishing projects - not always easy!
ReplyDeleteSuz, this is gorgeous! It takes time and hard work. Bravo!
ReplyDeleteIt turned out gorgeous! I love dry stacked rocks. Enjoy it. :)
ReplyDeleteIt's lovely, Suz! I could sit and stare at it all day long!
